All OFF DUTY products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color selection, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at support@offduty501.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the issue. Damaged or defective items generally do not need to be returned.
